My Experience
With over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, I’ve spent my career helping brands grow their online visibility through SEO and content.
I started my SEO journey in-house, first at an adventure travel company and then at the UK’s leading holiday letting agency - building a strong foundation in strategy, content, and organic growth from day one.
Since then, I’ve worked with a range of brands across the travel, charity, fitness, and childcare sectors, giving me a clear understanding of what works, what doesn’t, and how to create content that genuinely resonates.

Why I Created Auburn Stories
If I’m honest, Auburn Stories came from a bit of a turning point.
I was due to return from maternity leave and ended up being made redundant. But Auburn Stories had already been quietly building in the background - and in a way, it felt like the push I needed.
I wanted more flexibility. More time with my babies. And honestly? I knew I had a lot more to give.
Alongside the strategy, there’s always been a creative side.
I’ve always loved the balance between data and storytelling - which is what first led me to start my blog, My Mountains and Me. It began as a space to share hiking adventures, and over time grew into something more - real-life stories, toddler-friendly trails, muddy boots and all.
